1. Manage end to end recruitment process.
2. Contacting job applicants & scheduling their interviews for the F2F round.
3. Must have positive experience on hiring NON IT including Global Sales profile.
4. Responsible to meet the targets with TAT.
Required Candidate profile
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Experience in recruitment is preferred.
3. Headhunting identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
