Job Description: Mid-Senior Business Development Executive (Interior & Hardware)

Job Overview: We are looking for a strategic, result-oriented Mid-Level Business Development Executive (BDE) to accelerate our market share in Chennai. In this role, you will lead our dual-channel growth strategy: securing bulk material supply contracts for B2B corporate office and residential projects, while expanding our network of dealers, retailers, and distributors across Chennai and neighboring industrial hubs. The ideal candidate brings an active network of local design professionals, robust negotiation skills, and a proven track record of handling high-value commercial transactions in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:Chennai B2B Projects & Specification (Bulk Orders)
- Map upcoming commercial real estate, IT parks [e.g., OMR, Ambattur],



and premium residential developments across Chennai to secure bulk material supply.
- Actively network with, pitch to, and get our products specified by Chennai’s leading architects, interior designers, and MEP/civil contractors.
- Conduct product presentations and technical hardware demonstrations at designer studios and project sites.
- Manage end-to-end project cycles from initial sample submission and mock-up approvals to final delivery.

Channel & Distribution Management
- Appoint, onboard, and manage new distributors, dealers, and hardware retail outlets to deepen market penetration in Chennai.
- Conduct regular market visits to audit stock levels, ensure premium shelf placement, and gather competitive intelligence on pricing.
- Implement dealer incentive schemes, trade promotions, and product training programs for retail staff.
- Monitor channel partner credit limits and ensure time
