About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with hands-on experience specifically in the D2C skincare industry. The ideal candidate should have previously worked with a skincare brand and have strong knowledge of influencer collaborations, creator management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Please Note: We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with D2C skincare/beauty brands, preferably brands such as Minimalist, mCaffeine, Foxtale, The Derma Co, Hyphen, or other similar competitor brands.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and onboard relevant micro, macro, and celebrity influencers/creators based on campaign objectives.
- Handle complete influencer outreach, negotiations, commercials, deliverables, timelines,



and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Coordinate barter as well as paid influencer collaborations.
- Create influencer campaign briefs and ensure content aligns with the brand's positioning and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal Social Media, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Brand teams for campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, conversions, ROI/ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, budgets, and performance reports.
- Stay updated with skincare trends, viral content formats, emerging creators, and competitor influencer strategies.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify current influencer marketing opportunities.
