Key Responsibilities

Purchase Operations
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors.
- Negotiate best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track open orders to ensure timely delivery to the facility.
- Coordinate with accounts to explicit vendor invoices and manage compliance documents.

Store and Inventory Management
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
- Issue materials to production or internal teams based on requisitions.
- Maintain systematic arrangement, labeling, and shelf-life tracking using FIFO/FEFO methods.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and trigger reorder alerts.




- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile variances with system records.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a Diploma in Supply Chain/Materials Management.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in inventory control and procurement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and computerized inventory systems like Tally or ERP software.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, local vendor communication, and detail-oriented record-keeping.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
