Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 23 years of experience in data management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of preparing accurate reports, maintaining databases, and supporting business decisions through timely and reliable MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Create dashboards, charts, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Generate reports for management and business teams.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
- Automate repetitive reports wherever possible.
- Maintain documentation and ensure confidentiality of business data.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and analysis.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Power Query is an advantage).
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with SAP/ ERPsystems is preferred.
