We're hiring: HR Generalist — Fine Décor by Ashvira

? Lower Parel, Mumbai | 3–5 years experience | Full-time, on-site

Fine Décor is one of India's largest curtain fabric manufacturers — supplying retailers and leading Indian home brands. We're building the HR function properly, from the ground up, and we want someone who wants ownership rather than a task list.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, interviews, closing, onboarding

• Attendance, leave and shift administration across office and plant

• Payroll inputs and coordination with Accounts

• Statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, registers, audit readiness

• Employee records and HR MIS

• Grievance handling and employee engagement

• Running the KRA/KPI cycle across departments, from goal-setting to review

• Employer Branding and engagement on LinkedIn

You're a fit if you have:

• 3–5 years in an HR generalist or HR ops role,



ideally manufacturing or a factory + office setup

• Hands-on payroll input and attendance experience (not just oversight)

• Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance — PF, ESIC, S&E; Act

• Experience running or supporting a Performance Management System

• The judgement to handle a grievance without escalating it and without burying it
