Sales Executive

We are looking for an
experienced, highly motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executive
with a minimum of
4 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Transportation
.

The ideal candidate should have a strong
B2B sales background
, excellent communication skills, proven client acquisition capabilities, and the ability to generate revenue by developing long-term relationships with
importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and other business clients
.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B business opportunities
through cold calling, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, market research, and field visits.

•
Identify and acquire new clients
in logistics, freight forwarding, import-export, manufacturing, trading, and related sectors.

•
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.

• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.

• Develop business for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and International Logistics Services.

• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution.
