Guest Relations Supervisor – Restaurant | Job Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the Guest Relations team to ensure excellent guest service.

Welcome guests and ensure a warm, qualified, and personalized dining experience.

Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high customer service standards.

Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Service, Kitchen, and other departments for smooth operations.

Manage table reservations, guest seating, VIP guests, and special occasions.

Train, guide, and motivate Guest Relations staff on service standards and procedures.

Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and overall performance.

Maintain guest records and prepare daily/periodic reports as required.

Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

Assist management in improving guest experience and service quality.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
