Role & responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and implement program activities as per organizational objectives.
- Manage and support field teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Develop work plans, targets, timelines, and monitor progress against them.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, government officials, community stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor program quality and provide guidance to team members.
- Track program data, outcomes, and impact and prepare regular reports.
- Identify implementation challenges and develop timely solutions.
- Organize training, workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities for staff and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of program activities, success stories, and learnings.
- Coordinate with the central/leadership team for program updates, planning, and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and reporting requirements.




- Support monitoring and evaluation activities and contribute to program improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in NGO, education, community development, or social-sector programs.
- Experience in managing field teams and implementing projects/programs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project locations.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
