Role & responsibilities

Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage facility infrastructure projects across PAN India, including office fit-outs, expansions, renovations, relocations, workplace upgrades and infrastructure modernization. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within approved budgets, and in alignment with business, operational, quality and compliance requirements.

Role Requirements
- Education: BE / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in facility infrastructure project management, corporate real estate, workplace services, construction or related areas.
- Certification: PMP certification preferred / certified.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across PAN India locations based on business and project requirements.

Technical / Functional Skills
- Project planning, execution, monitoring and governance
- Facility infrastructure development and workplace planning
- CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, cost tracking and value engineering
- Vendor, contractor,



consultant and service provider management
- HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities and building systems knowledge
- Fire & life safety systems, access control and security infrastructure
- BMS, space planning, AutoCAD/MS Project/MS Office exposure
- Risk management, statutory compliance, EHS and audit readiness
