Job Description

Hydrotech Paryavaran India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Legal to support the company in legal documentation, contract management, compliance matters, and coordination with advocates and legal consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal notices, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Handle legal documentation related to company operations, projects, employees, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate with advocates and legal consultants regarding ongoing legal matters.
- Maintain proper records and updates of court cases, legal notices, agreements, and compliance-related matters.
- Provide legal support and assistance to various departments whenever required.
- Monitor legal deadlines and ensure the timely submission of required documents, replies, and responses.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for management.
- Assist in matters related to corporate, contractual, labour, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation,



and maintenance of confidential legal records.

Requirements
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with good legal knowledge and drafting skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Indian laws, legal procedures and Company Acts.
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
