? The role

We’re hiring an
Intern, Talent Acquisition
to work closely with our TA team and own hiring processes end to end across multiple roles. You’ll get hands-on exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to candidate communication, interview management, stakeholder coordination, and offer negotiation.

You’ll also work on improving how we hire by experimenting with AI tools, automations, and new ways of working.

If you want to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition while getting exposure to real hiring problems, fast-paced teams, and global talent, this is the role for you.

This role is based in Bengaluru, so we're looking for candidates who are either local or open to relocating.

- Own hiring end to end:
Take ownership of roles across the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate management, interviews, stakeholder coordination, and offers.
- Hands-on from day one:
You’ll work directly with candidates, recruiters,



and hiring managers rather than just supporting from the sidelines.
- Build with AI:
Experiment with AI tools, automations, and current workflows to make recruiting faster, better, and more scalable.
- Solve real hiring problems:
Work across different roles and teams, figure out what’s working and what isn’t, and find ways to improve the hiring process.
- Learn how great hiring decisions are made:
Build an understanding of talent, role requirements, candidate assessment, hiring data, and stakeholder management.

?What skills & experience do you need?
- 0–1 year
of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or a fast-paced startup environment is preferred. Relevant internships or project experience are a plus.
- High ownership:
You take initiative, follow through, and are comfortable figuring things out without needing constant direction.

You can communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and inte
