About the Role

QA Testing Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Development Executives / Field Sales Executives to strengthen our business development team across the NCR region.

The role is focused on B2B client acquisition and field sales for laboratory testing and inspection services. You will work with industries, manufacturers, construction companies, contractors, builders and other organizations that require professional testing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities across the NCR market.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references and market research.
- Visit industrial areas, manufacturing companies, construction sites and potential corporate clients.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant laboratory testing services.
- Prepare and follow up on business enquiries and quotations.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain solid B2B client relationships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and daily sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the technical/laboratory team to ensure smooth customer communication.

Candidate Profile
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holders can apply.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Marketing or Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with regular travel and field visits across NCR.
- Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Candidates with existing industrial/corporate contacts in NCR will have an advantage.
