Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Kanchipuram. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation,



and HR information systems updates. The role involves supporting employee relations, addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and coordinating performance management and appraisal processes. The person in this role will help implement and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating joining formalities. The Human Resources Executive will also assist in organizing training programs, engagement initiatives, and HR reports and metrics for management.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, HRIS updates, documentation, and compliance-related processes.
