Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager/Executive to manage and grow KAROFI India's online business across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C channels. The role involves managing product listings, driving online sales, improving product visibility, coordinating promotions, and analyzing marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and A+ content.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, ratings, reviews, and product availability.




- Develop strategies to increase online sales, revenue, visibility, and market share.
- Plan and coordinate marketplace promotions, seasonal offers, deals, and discounts.
- Work with performance marketing teams to optimize marketplace advertising and ROAS.
- Track key metrics including GMV, revenue, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, AOV, rankings, returns, and profitability.
- Improve product discoverability through keyword, content, and category optimization.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams on product images, banners, videos, and other e-commerce content.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to minimize stock-outs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
