Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations related to branding, advertising, printing, fabrication, installation, and in office execution.

The candidate will coordinate between clients, vendors, production teams, installation teams, transporters, and internal management to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and as per the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of branding and advertising projects.
- Understand client requirements, BOQ, artwork, specifications, and execution timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and execution plans.
- Coordinate multiple projects and locations simultaneously.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, artwork, measurements, and site readiness.

2. Vendor & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, electricians,



installers, transporters, and other vendors.
- Allocate work to the appropriate production and installation teams.
- Follow up with vendors for material production and delivery.
- Negotiate and coordinate operational requirements with vendors when required.
- Ensure manpower and materials are available at the site as per schedule.

3. Site Execution
- Coordinate site surveys/recce and collect accurate measurements.
- Plan installation activities including manpower, transportation, scaffolding, crane, electrical work, etc.
- Ensure installation is completed as per approved artwork and specifications.
- Coordinate with site/branch managers and landlords wherever required.
- Monitor site execution and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Collect installation photographs and completion reports.

4. Production & Material Management
- Coordinate printing and fabrication of materials such as:

- Vi
