Job Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Retailers and Vendors.

* Generate new leads through market visits, assigned beats, references and available data.

* Visit targeted customers for product briefing, product visualization, sampling and offers.

* Drive new initiatives for retailers and distributors associated with Nykaa Super Store.





* Promote focus products and ensure initiatives are driven until closure.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

* Maintain regular market visits and customer meetings.

* Prepare and share monthly sales reports and updates.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 12th Pass.

* Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

* FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic sales experience is highly preferred.

* Valuable knowledge of the local market.

* Candidate should preferably be based in or near the required location.

* Good communication skills in the local language.

* Basic understanding of English.

* Must be comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
