Job Purpose

Lead the Sales team at OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR under the Director of Sales & Marketing, driving room, weddings, MICE, catering and inbound-segment revenue through proactive account management, new-business development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

*People*
- Leads the Wedding, Corporate & MICE, Inbound and Catering & Events sales teams to achieve segment revenue targets.
- Sets performance goals for the Sales team, coaches and conducts performance reviews.
- Identifies training needs within the sales team and coordinates with L&D.;
- Recruits and retains top sales talent across segments.
- Builds a cooperative culture between segment sales teams and Revenue/Marketing.
- Recognizes and rewards top sales performers to reinforce a high-performance culture.
- Coaches segment sales managers on pipeline discipline and account-planning rigor.
- Represents the sales function in EXCOM strategic discussions.
- Conducts quarterly business reviews with each segment sales manager.
- Builds a referral and repeat-business incentive programme for the sales team.





*Product*
- Develops and executes account-acquisition and key-account growth plans across corporate, MICE, wedding and inbound segments.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, DMCs and MICE planners.
- Represents the Resort at trade shows, sales missions and industry events to build market presence.
- Conducts periodic account reviews with top-tier clients to strengthen relationships.
- Ensures proposals and collateral consistently reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR luxury positioning.
- Ensures corporate/MICE proposals reflect the OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR brand standard and attention to detail.
- Ensures site-inspection experiences for prospective clients reflect the Resort's best presentation.
- Ensures FAM trips and client-hosting experiences showcase the Resort's signature strengths.

- Reviews and approves proposals, contracts and rate agreements within
