Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Manage and supervise production operators and shop-floor activities.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower, material availability, and production output.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Planning teams.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain production reports, records, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and production SOPs.
- Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Train and guide production team members.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
