Our recruitment team is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment life cycle of our IT consultants in an MSP Program (for a Large Banking client).

In this role, the successful candidate will be comfortable with independently sourcing candidates, conduct technical screening and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles daily. They will also continuously build a pipeline of talented IT candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review all Job Requisitions to understand the needs of the hiring manager & ask questions that will help you identify the right candidate(s).
- Understand and familiarize yourself with all technology needs in our Job Requisitions, to successfully match the appropriate candidates with their technical skills.
- Source candidates from various channels including LinkedIn,



online resume database(s) including Monster/Indeed, Conferences, Networking, employee referrals and other avenues.
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
- Build or expand existing database of technical candidates.
- Manager the entire hiring life cycle including:
- Receiving & clarifying JD
- Sourcing & screen candidates
- Complete candidate skills matrix
- Validate candidate’s technical skill set.
- Negotiating the best possible rate
- Obtain right to represent for the role
- Rank and submit the top candidate(s) to MSP or Client.
- Prepare candidate for interview and schedule interviews.
- Keeping track of all active Job Reqs and applicants
- Support the on-boarding of current hires.

Your Qualifications & Experience:
- A previous track record in recruiting on a recurring basis (in VMS environment)
- Experience in working as a Technical IT Recruiter
