Role & responsibilities
- 15-25 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/plant operations
- Proven experience as Plant Head / Unit Head / Factory Head / Operations Head
- Strong experience in OEM / Auto / Engineering / Manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams
- Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, automation, quality systems, and cost optimization
- Experience in handling CAPEX, plant expansion, recent projects, and operational transformation
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or related field will be an advantage
