Relationship Officer – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Officer with experience in LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, or Mortgage Loan sales.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through direct market visits and field sales.
- Source customers for LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, and Mortgage Loan.
- Handle customer acquisition and loan documentation.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams.
- Conduct customer and business visits.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan sales.
- Direct Sales / DST / Field Sourcing experience is required.
- Experience in LAP, MSME, Housing Loan, or Mortgage Loan.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and sourcing processes.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
