Role Description
The Performance Marketer role is a full time, on-site position based in Haveli. The individual in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and other performance marketing networks to drive measurable results.



Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, monitoring key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with the creative and web development teams to align landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging with overall campaign objectives. The role also involves producing performance reports, making data-driven recommendations, and staying current with industry trends and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness.
