Job Description

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, architect, and optimize enterprise AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI, AI/ML frameworks, AWS cloud services, and healthcare EMR/EHR systems. The ideal candidate should possess a solid design-thinking mindset, expertise in AI solution architecture, and the ability to drive innovation, scalability, and performance across AI platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect scalable AI applications using contemporary AI frameworks and LLM ecosystems.
- Apply design thinking principles to solve business and user experience challenges.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, accuracy, scalability, latency, and cost.
- Design and implement AI platforms on AWS.
- Build AI solutions leveraging EMR jobs data.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish AI best practices, governance,



and architecture standards.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of AI optimization techniques including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Quantization, Distillation, and Model Performance Optimization.
- Strong AWS experience including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, OpenSearch, and API Gateway.
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and deployment pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Machine Learning Certification.
- Experience leading AI engineering teams and enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
