We are looking for a Business Operations Engineer who will support the organization across business operations, QMS, finance coordination, team performance analytics, MIS reporting, and process improvement. The role requires an analytical and detail-oriented individual who can work with data, coordinate with multiple teams, maintain operational records, monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and support management in improving business processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, trackers, documentation, and cross-functional teams and should have a robust ownership mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate day-to-day business and operational activities across different functions and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and action items. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management reports related to business operations, team performance, finance, and QMS.

Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Quality, Product,



and other functions to provide accurate and timely operational insights. Track team-wise and individual KPIs, targets, productivity, task completion, utilization, and performance against defined goals, and highlight gaps to the respective HOD/management. Support the management team in weekly/monthly business performance reviews by preparing data, reports, presentations, and action trackers.

Maintain and monitor QMS documentation, SOPs, records, forms, revision history, audit-related documents, CAPA trackers, and compliance records in coordination with the Quality team. Support preparation for internal and external audits by coordinating required documents, records, evidence, and action-item follow-ups. Track QMS observations, CAPAs, corrective actions, and compliance activities and follow up with responsible team members for timely closure.

Prepare Quotations/PIs /Invoices and coordinate with the stakeholders for invoice
