About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and housekeeping operations of our residential high-rise project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day maintenance activities, supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Management

Supervise daily maintenance operations of residential towers, common areas, and amenities.

Monitor electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, fire-fighting, and lift maintenance activities.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and preventive maintenance work.

Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints and service requests.

Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment inspections, and breakdown reports.

Housekeeping Management





Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across all common areas.

Conduct regular inspections of lobbies, corridors, clubhouses, parking areas, and landscaped zones.

Monitor housekeeping materials and inventory.

Ensure adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Team & Vendor Coordination

Allocate duties and monitor the performance of maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Coordinate with external agencies and service providers.

Ensure manpower availability and proper shift management.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct routine safety checks of equipment and common areas.

Report hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Maintain records of complaints, work orders, and vendor services.

Track maintenance expenses and material cons
