• Production Optimization: o Analyze and improve existing production processes. o Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve workflow. o Monitor production flow, and suggest improvements for smoother operations.
Work Study & Time Study: o Conduct time and motion studies to assess production timings and set standard times. o Identify bottlenecks and optimize production capacity. o Evaluate operator performance based on time study data and suggest productivity enhancements
Process Engineering: o Develop, evaluate, and improve garment manufacturing processes. o Create process flows and layouts for efficient production. o Work with production teams to implement new processes.
• Cost Reduction: o Identify areas for cost reduction in terms of labor, materials, and overheads. o Suggest methods to increase productivity and reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
- Factory Layout Planning: o Design and implement layouts for machines, workstations, and production lines to maximize efficiency.
o Ensure optimal use of space and resources.
Data Analysis & Reporting: o Analyze production data and prepare reports to monitor production efficiency and suggest improvements. o Use data to predict production outcomes and proactively solve problems.
- SAM & Trims Consumption Calculation: o Should Know the Process to calculate the SAM/ Thread /Trims Consumption. o Make Buildup plan for upcoming Weeks. o Make Plan for Machine & Manpower for upcoming Weeks.
- Quality Control: o Ensure production processes align with quality standards and BSCI audit requirements. o Work closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Training & Development: o Train operators and staff on best practices for improved efficiency. o Provide support in skill development for workers, especially in garment handling and machine operation.
