At Strivant Health, our Patient Access teams play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely access to care while supporting accurate reimbursement for healthcare providers. As a Patient Access Team Lead, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational support for teams responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, authorization coordination, financial clearance, and patient liability activities.

This role combines leadership, training, quality oversight, and hands-on operational support.



You will help team members navigate complex patient access scenarios, resolve account issues, monitor quality and productivity, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.

- Lead, coach, and mentor Correspondence team members to achieve productivity, quality, and service goals.
- Conduct quality audits and reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
- Support the processing and resolution of correspondence including payer communications, provider requests, patient inquiries, and operational escalations.
- Assist with onboarding, training, SOP development, and ongoing employee development initiatives.
