The Team Member Database - L2 will be responsible for managing multiple Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL databases.
Job Responsibilities
- Attending MACD tickets
- Updating Customers/internal stakeholders
- Routine Checklist
- Inventory update
- Follow & commit with Yotta's Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)
- Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
- Understand the organization's expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.
- Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives.
- Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
- Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.
Must Have Skill
- Positive knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL databases
- Experience of Transactional SQL
- Experience in database High Availability features like Cluster, mirroring and log shipping.
- Experience in database replication.
- Experience in database backup and recovery
Good to Have Skill
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), database management, lessoning with teams and units, teamwork and delegation
- Understanding of network and Storage technologies
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization
