1. Accounts & Finance Management

· Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.

· Review sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

· Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.

· Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund requirements.

· Review bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies.

· Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Ensure timely vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-up.

· Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.

· Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

2. Statutory Compliance

· Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.

· Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants.

· Ensure timely preparation and submission of required financial information.

· Support internal and external audits.

· Maintain statutory records and financial documentation.

3. Team & Department Management





· Supervise and guide the Accounts team.

· Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily accounting activities.

· Ensure timely completion of monthly closing activities.

· Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Production, Sales, Store, and other departments.

· Develop and improve accounting systems and financial controls.

4. Reporting & Management Support

· Prepare financial MIS and submit reports to management.

· Provide financial data and analysis for management decision-making.

· Monitor profitability, expenses, outstanding payments, and working capital.

· Highlight financial risks and discrepancies to management.

· Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
