Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering with relevant experience in petrochemical, refinery, or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, plant operations, and process safety.
- Ability to monitor process parameters, troubleshoot operational issues, and optimize plant performance.
- Willing to work in shifts and handle plant operations responsibly.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
