Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Operator with 34 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for CCTV monitoring, identifying and reporting incidents, maintaining surveillance records, and coordinating with the security and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras, PTZ, DVR/NVR and VMS systems.
- Monitor site entry/exit, construction areas, material yards, equipment and other critical locations.
- Identify and report unauthorized access, theft, safety violations, accidents and suspicious activities.
- Retrieve and preserve CCTV footage when required.
- Maintain CCTV logs, incident reports and shift handover records.




- Report camera/system failures and coordinate with IT/ELV or maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with security and project teams during incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and project information.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience as a CCTV Operator / Control Room Operator.
- Mandatory experience in Infrastructure / Construction Projects.
- Experience in Metro, Highway, Road, Bridge, Airport, Railway, Building, Industrial or EPC projects preferred.
- Knowledge of IP CCTV, PTZ, DVR/NVR and VMS.
- Basic MS Office/computer skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
