Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist & Patient Counselor to join our IVF and fertility clinic. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception desk, handling patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating with doctors and clinic staff, and assisting patients throughout their clinic visits.

The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, well-presented, and have excellent communication and patient-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the clinic.

· Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient queries.

· Schedule and manage patient appointments.

· Coordinate patient visits with doctors and medical staff.

· Provide basic information about IVF, IUI, ICSI, fertility tests, egg donation, and other fertility services.

· Explain the basic consultation and clinic process to patients.





· Follow up with patients regarding appointments and consultations.

· Maintain patient records and appointment details.

· Handle front-desk administration and basic computer work.

· Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.

· Ensure patients receive a comfortable and positive experience at the clinic.

· Escalate medical or treatment-related questions to the doctor or appropriate medical professional.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, IVF clinic, fertility centre, healthcare, reception, or patient counselling role preferred.

· Fluent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

· Good knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and appointment management.

· Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
