Job description
- Strong presentation, proposal preparation, and solution design skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV products, Video Management Systems (VMS), software solutions, security technologies, and related advanced technologies.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills, with solid customer negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in the design, development, installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security surveillance solutions.




- Ability to effectively influence and persuade customers through presentations, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and written proposals.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with emerging trends in video surveillance, AI, IoT, and security solutions.

Skills required
- Good English communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales, presales, technical, and project teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving security and surveillance solutions.
- A proactive attitude with a strong interest in new technologies and challenging projects.
- Candidates with experience in AI Video Surveillance, IoT, Video Analytics, or Smart Security Solutions will be preferred.
