Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various positions. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Assist in preparing job postings and sharing them across relevant platforms.
- Support the team in market mapping and talent research.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
