Role Overview

We are looking for experienced sales leaders to drive Personal Loan business through the DSA / Channel Partner network across the assigned geography. The role will be responsible for building and scaling the DSA network, leading the sales team, driving business volumes and ensuring strong productivity and quality of sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive monthly business and disbursement targets for the assigned geography.
- Build, manage and expand the DSA / connector / channel partner network.
- Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Managers to achieve business targets.
- Drive acquisition of new DSAs and improve productivity of existing channel partners.
- Develop market-specific strategies to increase sourcing, conversion and disbursement.




- Monitor the complete sales funnel and ensure timely resolution of bottlenecks impacting business.
- Work closely with Credit, Operations, Product and other teams to improve TAT, conversion and customer experience.
- Track team and DSA-level performance through key metrics and take corrective actions where required.
- Ensure business is sourced in line with credit, compliance and portfolio-quality guidelines.
- Track competitor activity, market trends and identify opportunities for geographic expansion.
- Own overall business performance and portfolio quality for the assigned area/city/region.

Candidate Profile
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in Personal Loans / Consumer Finance / Retail Lending / NBFC / Fintech / Banking.
- Robust experience in DSA / channel sales, with an established network of DSAs and connectors.
- Prior experience managing a sales team and delivering monthly business targets.
- Proven track record of scaling business across a city, area or region.
