Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire current corporate clients across Australia and Canada.
- Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, founders, investor relations teams, marketing heads, PR agencies, and corporate communications teams.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Sell integrated media and advertising solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct client presentations, sales pitches, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare customized media proposals, presentations, packages, and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach through negotiation and closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Ad sales, digital advertising sales, B2B sales,or a related field.
- Experience selling advertising, media, or digital marketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
- Comfortable conducting meeting
