Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Legal Associate with approximately 7 years of experience in corporate legal affairs. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of Indian corporate laws, regulatory compliance requirements, and extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing client and vendor contracts. The role requires partnering closely with business, finance, HR, procurement, and leadership teams to mitigate legal risks while enabling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Legal & Compliance
- Provide legal advice and support on matters related to Indian corporate laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Support company secretarial activities and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise management on potential impacts.




- Assist in managing legal risks and implementing compliance frameworks across the organization.

Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Client agreements
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Vendor and supplier agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Partnership and alliance agreements
- Consultancy and professional services agreements
- Employment-related agreements
- Identify legal, commercial, and operational risks in contracts and recommend appropriate mitigations.
- Maintain contract repositories and ensure proper version control and execution processes.
- Support contract lifecycle management from initiation through renewal and termination.

Legal Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders on business transactions and operational matters.
