Role Overview

We are looking for a Trade Support / Middle Office professional to support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Equity, Fixed Income and Derivative products. The role will involve trade capture, confirmation, allocation, reconciliation, settlement support and investigation/resolution of trade breaks.

The candidate should have robust knowledge of trade lifecycle, middle-office operations, settlements, reconciliations and break management, with the ability to work closely with Front Office, Back Office, Operations, Counterparties and internal control teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle from trade execution through settlement.
- Perform trade capture and validation in internal trading/operations systems.
- Handle trade confirmations and ensure trade details are accurately matched with counterparties.




- Perform trade allocation across client accounts/funds based on instructions.
- Validate trade details such as security, quantity, price, trade date, settlement date, currency and counterparty.
- Monitor and perform trade reconciliation between internal systems, brokers, custodians and counterparties.
- Identify, investigate and resolve trade breaks and exceptions within defined timelines.
- Support settlement activities, including monitoring settlement status and resolving failed or unmatched trades.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Back Office, Custodians, Brokers, Counterparties and internal Operations teams for issue resolution.
- Investigate discrepancies related to cash, securities, positions, trades and settlement.
- Track outstanding breaks and ensure timely closure through appropriate escalation.
- Support daily operational controls, MIS and reporting related to trade activity and exceptions.
