Associate Operations Executive (Claims – Data Entry + BOT + System Update)
Role Summary:
Responsible for accurate data entry, system updates, BOT monitoring, document uploads and ensuring smooth backend processing of claimsrelated activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case initiation and updates.
- Enter and validate customer NEFT/bank details.
- Upload investigation reports with correct naming conventions.
- Upload emails/reports in the system and maintain proper documentation.
