Role Overview:

The Sales Head – Cloud & Digital Solutions will lead revenue growth and market expansion for the organisation’s cloud and digital transformation portfolio, including Intelics Cloud, the company’s proprietary cloud platform and associated managed and digital services. This role requires a hands-on sales leader who can build new customer relationships, scale strategic accounts, and position Intelics as a trusted partner for cloud-led digital transformation. The role carries full accountability for top-line growth, margin performance, and pipeline health, while strengthening the organization’s presence across cloud, digital, and emerging technology solutions.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:
- Define and execute the sales and go-to-market strategy for cloud and digital solutions, with primary focus on the India market and support for international growth
- Identify priority industry verticals, target customer segments, and geographic opportunities
- Align sales strategy with the organization’s cloud, digital, and platform roadmap




- Build scalable sales motions suitable for both domestic and international markets

2. Revenue & Growth Ownership:
- Own and deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets across India and supported international accounts
- Drive profitable growth, with strong focus on margin discipline, deal structure, and sustainable pricing
- Identify current revenue streams, service-led opportunities, and account expansion initiatives

3. Cloud Business Expansion:
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for Intelics Cloud, positioning it as a differentiated, enterprise-ready cloud and managed services platform
- Drive adoption of hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud modernization solutions, leveraging Intelics Cloud alongside hyperscalers
- Build and scale revenue through hyperscaler partnerships including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
- Collaborate with alliances teams to enable co-selling, joint offerings, and partn
