Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in Oil & gas sector
- Manage employee benefits programs such as ESIC, PF, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work setting.
- Collaborate with management to resolve industrial relations issues and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in Industrial relation and statutory compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of EPF, ESIC, Bonus Acts & Gratuity Acts, CLRA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
