Our Darwinbox platform is brand new. India and the Philippines are live, and we're heading into phase three of implementation standing up the US and Canada, rolling out the remaining modules, bringing our compensation partner (Compport) online, and connecting Darwinbox to applications and partners such as ALEX, NetSuite, Tableau, and Concur.

We're hiring someone who knows how to build and grow a young system, not just keep one running. You'll deliver phase three while continuing to refine what's already live tightening configuration, cleaning up data and workflows, and raising the standard with each rollout.

This role sits in HR, reporting to the Associate Director, Total Rewards and HR Tech. You'll work as an HR practitioner first close to our payroll, perks, and total rewards teams and to HR leaders in each country with enough hands-on Darwinbox skill to configure, test, and troubleshoot the platform yourself.



IT and our integrations engineer handle the deeper technical build; your value is knowing HR processes well and turning them into working configuration. You'll own the platform long term, documenting it, training the wider HR team, and growing the HR technology function as it matures.

Preferred candidate profile
- Lead phase three US and Canada configuration, workflow design, testing, and go-live — with our payroll and HR teams supplying country requirements alongside our implementation partner/CSM.
- Keep refining what's live. Improve India and Philippines configuration, data quality, and workflows as we learn, rather than freezing them at go-live.
- Roll out the remaining modules, including bringing Compport online for compensation planning and benchmarking.
- Partner with our in-house integrations expert on connections to ALEX, NetSuite, and Concur. They lead the technical build; you own the HR side — data mapping, business logic, and testing.
