- Experience Required:
- 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- Notice Period:
- Immediate Joiners or = 30 Days Preferred.

Job Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1015 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits.
- Experience in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and audit requirements.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Manage treasury, banking relationships, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and ERP governance.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team while driving process improvements.
