We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong functional expertise across Salesforce (SFDC), Data/Analytics, and Business domains such as Finance and Sales processes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of applications and data-driven processes.

This role requires excellent analytical capability, documentation skills, process understanding, and stakeholder management.

SF BA Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; CPQ knowledge is a plus).

Experience with Finance and Sales processes Lead Management Prospect Management Pricing/Quoting Invoicing & Billing Revenue recognition concepts Solid understanding of data life cycle, ETL concepts, data modelling, and reporting structures.

Ability to write detailed user stories, BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use case documents.

Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/VisioExcel,



SQL (basic knowledge preferred)Power BI/Tableau exposure (added advantage)Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights.
