1. Market & Supply Chain Analysis:
Study retail supply chain systems, assess current market trends, and provide predictive insights to guide enterprise planning and product selection.
2. Business Development Services:
Provide structured BDS support covering procurement and sourcing, store and inventory management, pricing, market linkages, vendor tie-ups, financial linkages, digital tools, and legal/regulatory compliances.

Field Team Orientation & Capacity Building:
Train and guide field teams on retail business models, business viability assessment, store operations, and profitability improvement practices.
4. BDS Platform Development:
Contribute to building and operationalising a Business Development Services platform to support PwD entrepreneurs across the program
