Role & responsibilities

Banking, Revenue and Receivables Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to automate banking operations.
- Manage dealer-level INF limits and receivables, including monitoring and controlling dealer limits.
- Maintain controls over receivables through ageing analysis, tracking of credit outstanding, and management reporting.
- Monitor debit and credit notes arising from price differences and related adjustments.

Media, Event, Training Cars Control
- Monitor and control inventory relating to media, marketing, CTF vehicles and training vehicles.
- Ensure accurate accounting and appropriate end use or disposal of such inventory.

Pricing/Discount & incentives
- Manage pricing for the vehicle business, including SAP updates and pricing-update automation.
- Share current price lists with Sales, Dealer Development and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain complete and accurate pricing files.
- Ensure dealership readiness for invoicing, including banking, pricing and dealer setup.




- Manage discounts and incentives through monthly budgeting, forecasting and provisioning.
- Track and actualize expenditure, analyze spend, and provide management insights for review.

Warranty
- Complete monthly warranty actualization and analyze budget versus actual performance, including cost-per-vehicle trends for each carline.
- Coordinate with Quality, After Sales and SCM stakeholders on operations and vendor chargebacks.
- Monitor goodwill and campaign expenditure and ensure that each item is supported by an appropriate business rationale.

Month-End Closing Activities
- Prepare provisions for warranty, discounts and incentives, and freight.
- Reconcile the sales register with the general ledger for revenue and cost of goods sold.
- Post month-end entries for revenue and cost-of-goods-sold reversals.
- Analyze warranty, discounts and incentives, freight and RSA.

Budgeting and Forecasting
- Coordinate volume forecasts with the Sales team.
