Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for contract and permanent roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Handle contract (C2H/Contractual) and permanent hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in contract hiring is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
