Job Description : Computer Operator
Location: Howrah
Experience: 2–4 Years
Department: MIS / Data Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards and reports.
- Track KPIs and identify trends or data discrepancies.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect required data.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and basic formulas.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
