Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues swiftly, providing appropriate solutions.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of parts and accessories to ensure availability for premium bikes.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics,



ensuring service targets are met consistently.

Customer Retention Programs: Implement strategies to increase customer retention, ensuring repeat business.

Documentation & Reporting: Oversee all service-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Feedback Management: Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service quality.

Workforce Scheduling: Efficiently manage team schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times.

Promotions & Campaigns: Actively support promotional efforts for service packages and products.

Service Revenue Growth: Focus on improving service revenue through upselling, customer loyalty programs, and process optimizations
